Blake joined The Romine Group in July 2026, working alongside Tanner’s team to keep things running smoothly for clients. Her days include answering calls and emails, helping process tax returns, coordinating document pick-up and invoicing, and finding ways to make things easier and more efficient for clients and CPAs alike.
While she’s new to accounting, Blake brings a well-rounded background in management, QuickBooks, payroll, and customer service from past roles at Flow-Tech Plumbing & Heating, Bowen Center, and Huntington County Community Corrections, experience that also taught her the importance of confidentiality when working with people during important moments in their lives. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University West Lafayette, majoring in Law & Society with minors in Psychology and Computer Science.
What Blake enjoys most is helping clients understand the details of their own situation, so they feel informed, empowered, and comfortable working with the firm. She was drawn to The Romine Group because it reminded her of her own family’s business, where she worked for six years before making the move, and she immediately recognized the same values and close-knit environment here.
Blake lives in Huntington, IN, with her husband, two daughters, two dogs, and a small herd of cattle. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gardening, video games, traveling, and church. Fun fact: she used to show horses in Western Pleasure and contesting events.
