Amanda Fretz serves as a Team Lead, providing business support and financial analysis that helps clients understand where their companies are headed. She specializes in tax preparation and proactive tax planning, with a passion for finding opportunities that minimize clients’ tax liability while supporting their long-term financial goals.
Amanda brings more than 25 years of combined experience, including five years in public accounting and 20 years in financial services within corporate environments. She holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting.
A lifelong resident of Kosciusko County, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, who served the City of Warsaw for more than 30 years as Fire Marshal and now works at the Warsaw Airport. Together they have two children, one grandchild, and a retired K-9 accelerant detection black lab named Raven, who now enjoys life as a cherished family pet after seven years of service alongside Joe.
A firm believer in lifelong learning, Amanda loves reading, spending time on the water, and giving back to her community. She serves as Treasurer on the Board of the North Webster Community Public Library and can often be found there herself, browsing the shelves for her next good book.
What Amanda enjoys most about her work is helping clients reduce their tax burden and gain greater financial confidence, in a firm culture where continuous training keeps the whole team learning right alongside her clients.
